Healing Beyond The Diagnosis
People don't just need treatment. They need to feel heard.
While psychiatric medications can be life-changing and medically necessary, I understand they can also come with limitations and side effects. That's why treatment is always thoughtful, individualized, and centered on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
I'm currently pursuing advanced fellowship training in Functional Psychiatry to deepen my understanding of how stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones, and trauma impact emotional well-being.

My Approach to Care
A Thoughtful & Integrative Approach
I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially if you've been struggling quietly for a long time. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming, judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your concerns.
Treatment is collaborative. We work together to build a plan that fits your needs, comfort level, and goals.
What You Can Expect
Personalized Care, Every Step of the Way
- Compassionate evidence-based care
- A calm and supportive environment
- Honest conversations without judgment
- Collaborative treatment planning
- Telehealth convenience and accessibility
My goal is not simply to prescribe medication. It is to help you better understand yourself, improve your quality of life, and feel more balanced emotionally and mentally.

I believe people are more than their symptoms or diagnoses. Every person has a story, strengths, and struggles that deserve compassion and understanding.
Whether you're seeking support for the first time or continuing your journey, my focus is helping you feel respected, empowered, and comfortable asking questions without fear of judgment.
