In Person at the Clinton Office

The Fall Bloom Mental Health office is at 8759 Clinton Macon Rd, Clinton, MI 49236. It is the only physical office, and limited in-person appointments are offered there. Some people prefer meeting face to face, especially for a first psychiatric evaluation, and residents of Clinton and nearby communities can choose the office when that feels more comfortable.

Because in-person availability is limited, it helps to mention your preference when you first reach out so the office can talk through options with you.

An in-person evaluation follows the same structure as a telehealth one: a 60-minute conversation about your symptoms, history, sleep, physical health, stress, past treatment, and goals. Bringing a list of current medications and any recent lab results from your primary care provider can help the visit go smoothly.

Home Visits

Home visits are available for geriatric patients with mobility challenges in Clinton and nearby communities. When getting to an appointment is difficult because of walking, driving, or stairs, a home visit brings care to you. Family caregivers can join with the patient's permission. The older adults page explains more about how care works in later life.

If you are arranging care for a parent or grandparent, you can reach out on their behalf to ask whether a home visit might fit. Their permission guides who is involved in their care.

Telehealth Across Michigan

Secure telehealth is available for patients located anywhere in Michigan, from the Upper Peninsula to the southern border. Evaluations and follow-up visits can both take place by telehealth, which saves travel time and lets you meet from a private space at home.

One requirement applies to every telehealth visit: you must be physically in Michigan at the time of the appointment. If you travel out of state or spend part of the year elsewhere, let the office know ahead of time so visits can be planned around the time you are in Michigan.

All you need for a telehealth visit is a private space where you can speak freely and a reliable connection. Many people join from home, and some use a private office at work or a parked car. Please never join a visit while driving.

Choosing a Format

There is no single right choice. Telehealth works well for many people, especially those with busy schedules, long drives, or a preference for meeting from home. In-person visits may suit people who want a face-to-face first meeting or who do not have a private space at home. Home visits are meant for older adults for whom travel is a real barrier.

You can also mix formats over time, for example starting in person and continuing by telehealth. Daytime appointments are available, with Tuesday and Wednesday sessions until 6 pm.

If you are unsure which format suits you, the free 15-minute consultation is a good time to ask. You can describe your situation in general terms, mention any travel or scheduling limits, and talk through which option makes the most sense to start. Your choice is never locked in, and it can be revisited at any visit.

What Care Includes

Wherever you are in Michigan, care centers on Psychiatric Assessment & Medication Management and Functional & Integrative Psychiatry. Medication is one possible tool, never a requirement, and every decision is made together. When therapy would help, Claudia provides referrals to trusted therapists and specialists.

For cost and insurance, see fees, insurance, and FAQs and verify coverage with the office. You can request a free 15-minute consultation through the contact page. The pages below describe care for specific communities.

Concerns addressed include anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep, stress, grief, and more.
