This site is information, not care

The content here describes the services offered. It is general information and is not psychiatric advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for you.

Reading this site, sending a message, or requesting a consultation does not create a patient relationship. A patient relationship begins only after you are accepted into the practice and complete intake.

Where care is available

Care is available only to patients located in Michigan. Appointments are held by telehealth throughout Michigan, with in-person appointments and home visits for geriatric patients with mobility challenges.

Scope of services

This practice provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Psychotherapy may be offered when appropriate, and referrals are provided when another therapist or specialist would better meet your needs. This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. Treatment outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

Emergencies

This site is not monitored around the clock and messages are not read in real time. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Using the contact form

Please send only what is needed to start a conversation. The form is not a secure or confidential channel, so do not include medical details.

Do not use the form to send automated, commercial, or abusive messages.

Fees and scheduling

Rates and accepted insurance plans are listed on the fees page and may change. The rate that applies to you is confirmed with you before your appointment.

Scheduling is handled through SimplePractice. Any missed appointment policy is provided in your intake paperwork.
