The Clinton Office

The office is located at 8759 Clinton Macon Rd, Clinton, MI 49236. It is the only physical location for Fall Bloom Mental Health, and limited in-person appointments are offered here for both evaluations and follow-up visits.

For people who live in Clinton or nearby, the office offers a local option for face-to-face psychiatric care. Because in-person availability is limited, mention your preference when you reach out so the office can talk through scheduling with you.

Whether you live in the village itself or in the surrounding countryside, having the office close by can make it easier to keep appointments consistent, especially during the first months of care when visits may be more frequent. If a scheduled in-person visit becomes difficult, you can ask about switching that appointment to telehealth instead.

Coming In for an Evaluation

A first visit is usually a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation. It is a conversation about what brought you in: your current symptoms, history, sleep, physical health, stress, past treatment, and goals. Relevant laboratory findings may be considered when appropriate.

It helps to bring a list of your current medications and health conditions, any recent lab results from your primary care provider, and questions you want to be sure to ask. At the end of the visit, Claudia will share her impressions and talk through options with you. Medication is one possible tool, never a requirement, and every decision is made together.

If you are unsure what to expect, a free 15-minute consultation is a chance to ask before your first visit. You are welcome to bring a trusted person to an in-person appointment if that would help you feel more at ease.

Follow-Up Visits

If your plan includes medication management, follow-up visits are typically 15-20 minutes. They review how you are doing, what is helping, and any side effects or questions. Some people prefer to keep coming to the office for these visits, while others find telehealth easier once care is underway.

In Person or Telehealth, Visit by Visit

Living close to the office does not mean every appointment has to be in person. You can choose the format that fits each visit. You might come in for your first evaluation and then continue by telehealth on busy weeks, or switch to the office when you want a face-to-face conversation.

Telehealth is secure and available anywhere in Michigan, as long as you are physically in the state at the time of the visit. It can be especially helpful in winter or when your schedule is tight. Daytime appointments are available, with Tuesday and Wednesday sessions until 6 pm.

Home Visits for Older Adults

For geriatric patients in Clinton and nearby communities who have mobility challenges, home visits bring care to you. When walking, driving, or stairs make getting to an appointment difficult, a home visit can remove that barrier. Family caregivers can join with the patient's permission. Care Offered

Care centers on Psychiatric Assessment & Medication Management and Functional & Integrative Psychiatry, which considers physical health, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and sleep. Claudia cares for adolescents, adults, and older adults with concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. When therapy would help, she provides referrals to trusted therapists and specialists.

For cost and insurance, see fees, insurance, and FAQs and verify coverage with the office. You can request a free 15-minute consultation through the contact page, and the areas served page describes care across Michigan.

Concerns commonly addressed include stress and burnout, sleep problems, grief, life transitions, and trauma-related symptoms, among others listed on the services page. GeneSight testing is also available; you can ask about GeneSight at an appointment.
